Sweet Pea’s Loft is always looking for unique handmade items to sell in the shop.

If you make things that you think would fit in with the shop’s unique décor you can submit a sample of your work, please be sure to enclose a photo to Nicole at nicole4363@netzero.net. I go through the process of screening samples and if I have the space, need or think that item would be a good fit for the shop will contact you to bring some items in.  In general I suggest making 3-6 of one type of item for a sample and starting that way. If the items are selling well I will notify you that there may be need for more of that item.

Consignment Policy

 The percentage for artists that sell items in the shop is 70% and 30% goes to the shop for rent, advertising, maintenance, etc.

Pricing is determined between artist and myself usually I make sure we cover material cost to make the item and go from there so be sure to know how much approx. was put into a handmade item. Or have a general knowledge of what you would like to sell the item for. Remember if you want it to sell it has to be a reasonable price and I can help with that.

Also if there is a sale at the shop the artist will get the 70% of the sale price of that item whatever I sell it for you will get 70%.

Sweet Pea’s reserves the right to return items to artists at the end of a quarter. 

Sweet Pea's Loft reserves the right to have artist/product exclusivity within 20 Miles of Northfield. Being that this is a small town and we want to keep our products unique to our shop we have to strictly enforce this policy.

 I also have a calendar for seasonal items arrival in the shop and potential events that you may want to have your items in the shop before to get more exposure at the time of the event.

 All items must have a way to be priced with a tag or be enclosed in something that can be priced. All hand made cards must be in a clear sleeve wrapper or will not be accepted.

Be mindful of displays if yours is a unique item I may not have display  fixtures to hold these items and you may have to have something to use to display your work.     

Currently Sweet Pea's is not accepting handmade cards, jewelry, or furniture at this time. Please see the wish list of items I am looking for.

We are currently looking for Handmade Christmas Ornaments please be able to make at least 6 or 12 multiples of a similar ornament style. Submit a picture of your work as soon as possible, I would like to get them in the shop for the upcoming Holiday Season!
